Project Supervisors

We’re looking for a SOV based Project Supervisors with solid offshore experience to lead day-to-day delivery of turbine projects across Europe.

Start date: March 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technicians on daily project activities.

• Oversee safe execution of all site operations, ensuring compliance with industry and client standards.

• Manage reporting, work packs, timesheets, and progress updates.

• Conduct on-site problem solving, decision making, and escalation when required.

• Interface with client reps, planners, and internal teams to keep work on track.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven background in offshore wind project supervision.

• Transfer log experience and strong understanding of vessel/turbine transfer procedures.

• Pitch upgrade and turbine upgrade experience (Vestas)

• GWO Basic Safety Training

• ALL_VESTAS Safety Awareness Induction

• OGUK and Chester Step Medical or RUK Medical

• UK Drivers Licence
